Changing product has dropped my PN Profile

I changed over from BBYW2 to PN Premium this morning and my PN profile has dropped to 2000.  I am aware that this is a known glitch with product changes at the moment but can someone nudge my profile back up to it's usual 3500?

Yep and I'll also go and find out what's happening to the problem raised on this.

Not sure if it's been mentioned elsewhere but this problem has since been fixed.
