Changing Package Query

Hi,
Am currently on the Pro package, I have a static IP, interleaving turned off, and upload is going to get uncapped soon hopefully.
I am thinking of lowering my package to Extra package, if I do, will I lose my static IP, will you turn interleaving back on, will you cap the upload?
I went for pro in the hopes I would get a lower ping, which isn't the case, even with interleaving turned off I am still getting a 45ms ping, I play a lot of FPS', and even on a strong 4 bar connection I am behind.

No to all of the above. Changing package would not affect your connection profile, settings or components.

Just remind them that you want to keep your static IP etc in a ticket as sometimes it screws up
