Changed email re-direct still not working after 3 hours

Good afternoon
I changed an existing re-direct from a username@virgin.net to a username@tiscali.co.uk account about 3 hours ago but it is still going to the old address.
Are there any problems on Plusnet causing this delay please?

No I have just tried it again and it is still going to the old e-mail address after 18 hours!!  Embarrassed
I am going to delete the re-direct and configure a new one which should take PN half an hour to update their system.
I will update this post in a couple of hours

Hi John,
That's a sensible suggestion and it should work.  Let me know if you continue to have problems setting up your redirect and I'll take a look myself.

The solution worked - deleting the re-direct and setting up a new one.
If I need to change one in the future I will probably use the delete/create new rather than trying to modify an existing.
