Re: Change fixed IP address

Can I get an update on this please? The ticket has been open  a while now and no one is saying it can't be done, but my IP address is still the same.
Thanks,

Re: Change fixed IP address

Let me pick this up with Harry as really we shouldn't be changing them unless there's a very good reason. For example if the IP is banned from a website/forum/server all we're doing by changing the IP is causing the next customer to get it the same problem.

Re: Change fixed IP address

Hi Chris,
I have already explained to Harry and also added to the ticket why I'd like my IP address changed.
Not sure why it's such an issue if people on newer accounts can switch a fixed IP on and off themselves for a £5.00 admin fee and without having to raise a ticket? If I wasn't on a legacy account then I cold have sorted this out myself days ago.

Re: Change fixed IP address

Simple question: if I were to be given the IP that you currently have, is it likely that I would face some issues?
