Cash back still not received

Hi I’ve been with Plusnet now for over a month and was promised id get the £75 cash back after 10 days, but still haven’t received any information or way to claim it. I’m on the top tier Fibre Extra extra deal. Does anyone know what’s happening with this and does anyone actually ever receive it?
