Capped at low bandwidth for past month!

Its been more than a month that my router will not sync beyond 444 / 574!
I have tried with customer support but they have given me a new router, yet no fix.
I asked them to reset my SNR as well as uncap me from the low broadband, once again no has comeback to me..
Could one of the admins please fix this issue, please .. its too slow, very frustrating!
0.50mpbs you can not do much as you all know!!!!!@!
Youtube is painfully slow.

Could you post your router stats (sync speed, noise margin and attenuation) please.

Hi americang,
I'm sorry to hear that's been an issue for a while. I've performed some diagnostics which show me an obvious problem with a speed profile mismatch between two of our suppliers systems so we'll need to take a different approach to get that fixed for you.
I've passed ticket 73993435 over to the relevant faults team with some notes mentioning exactly what we'll need to do.
