My FTTC connection has started to suffer in the evenings.
For most of the day I get a 60/18 connection. Recently this has dropped to 10/18, but only between 6pm and 11pm.
I setup a TBB Ping test and this clearly shows packet loss during these hours:-
Are there acknowledged capacity problems at the moment? Is there any point reporting the problem directly?

Is there somewhere I should be looking for this type of information? Plusnet's service status certainly doesn't indicate an issue.

Well according to that exchange-information page the status is now 'Capacity upgrade completed 20/03, monitoring.'
It appears that the main change is that the packet loss started two hours earlier than usual, and the % loss has increased.
A speed test from earlier this afternoon notlong before the packet loss started to show:-
