Sorry to drag this up, but I've got exactly the same problem.
I can access systmonline via a telephone SIM but not using any device or browser through my router.
I have used the site many times before, for repeat prescriptions, no problems.
Tried changing DNS, no joy. No problems with any other site.
Was this ever resolved?

Hi Greg, I cured my issue by resetting my browser, it had gotten itself in a muddle.

Thanks for reply, but like Susie it won't work with any browser on any PC or even tablets or phones connected to my router. The tablets and phones work fine if connected via SIM card (tablets tethered to phone).
I have tried IE Chrome and Commodo Dragon PC's and tablets. So frustrating!

Greg, I'm in the US at present and I can get to it OK. The site is up. Do you know where your DNS is pointing?

I'm in UK and yes the site is working perfectly for me too using a mobile phone on SIM.
That's why it is so frustrating.
Currently I'm using open DNS 208.67.220.220 instead of plusnet ones, but still not working.

All very curious and damned annoying. My wife just tried and she cannot get to it either! On a Windows machine, where I had the issue originally, I used internet explorer, did a full reset of the browser and it started working for me. Are you using a software firewall? You could try disabling that and try, don't forget to turn it back on. I've found that Norton 360 can be a real pain if it's not set up with you home Router as a 'Trusted network', um, I hate MacAfee for the same reason and finally, I'm clutching at straws really... maybe your hosts file? Without taking a look, it's hard to say...

I'm on an Asus router I've had for a couple of years and used to work OK.
There was Firmware update towards the end of last year, I think it was a common problem to most routers concerning a vunerability issue to hackers.
I wonder if the problem has anything to do with that?
I stress, no problem with any other sites I use.

Using windows too, tried disabling firewall and anti-virus, no change.

As you are in US it can not be a plusnet problem?

Yep, my wife (with me in the US at the moment) cant get to it either direct or via VPN, I can via VPN only. It might be the firmware update, it might not, I'm using Draytek Router here and at my UK VPN end and they haven't been updated for an age. I don't suppose you have a spare Router lying around do you? It's a bit of an ask at 10 to 1 in the morning, I know...

I just tried that link. Using Chrome, Windows 7 x64, and Plusnet Hub 1 direct out of the box...had no problem with the site.
Growing old is inevitable...But growing up is optional.

I think it might be a geo-location issue i.e. blocking none uk ranges and or vpn ranges.
I can access the site on my PN connection using PN DNS settings, fireup a VPN and it doesn't work, nor can I connect to it from a non-vpn connection in Germany.
