Cannot surf the net or access e-mail?

I got up this morning at 9 am and found that I can't surf the net or access e-mails. The only site I seem to access is the Plusnet site and this forum and that is after re-freshing the page several times. All other site are a no go I have sat and re-freshed my browser for more then 5 minutes on all other pages with no joy.
Is there a problem somewhere or is just me?

I am having a problem too, I can get on to plusnet site but nothing else

Locked in favour of this existing thread.
Solution is to use the OpenDNS servers 208.67.220.220 or 208.67.222.222
