Jelv, Madasafish customers *do not* use the Plusnet relays. They will before long but the Brightview servers getting blacklisted has no bearing on Plusnet customers at all. That's why I suggested people might want to try the MAAF SMTP server further up in this thread.

No, there's been plenty of Service Status posts above the prep work to move them over, but they haven't been moved yet. The state of play at the moment is...
MAAF
Sender -> Brightview relays -> IronPort -> Recipient
Plusnet
Sender -> Plusnet relays -> IronPort -> Recipient
Now that we have the smarthosting in place there is a common link as the email from both platforms goes via the IronPorts. This shouldn't be a problem though because the IronPorts are doing what they were put there to do and stopping the spam floods.
