Canarycity Speed fault

Over last few days my speeds have dropped and I am on a fixed speed connection router stats:-
Uptime: 0 days, 0:12:20

Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 5,636,012 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): 0

FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0

Also I am now getting disconnection and connections.
I am not new to broadband and have not had these problems since I was put on a fixed speed a number of years ago. And yes before anyone says I am on a long connection.

Just to add just done another speed test and its the highest download speed ever, so I have now today had dial up speed to 3.4mbps so it looks like my fixed speed has been taken off.
