Zero upload speed result (Networx reporting normal ~390kbps).

Re: Can we do anything about the BT speedtest?

I also had a BT speed test result yesterday that showed a zero upload speed! I didn't take a screen shot but I did copy and paste the results intothe attached file.

HI guys,
I've raised this with our suppliers now. Not sure when they'll look into it, but I'll let you know when I do.

Re: Can we do anything about the BT speedtest?

Jojo: I suppose one should ever say that anything is impossible, but for the principal originator of BB services in this country not to have had a single complaint in the 48 hours (at least) that this upload reporting issue has been evident does stretch one's credulity a little (and surely it's an important enough resource for BT themselves to be continuously monitoring the performance of it anyway?)
A Fox is Evil: My connection isn't throttled, but BT's Performance tester possibly should be!  Smiley  (just tried again, still reporting zero upload speed.)

I'm not sure of the state of things currently, we'll just have to see what they come back with. Smiley

Re: Can we do anything about the BT speedtest?

Happy to advise that the BT performance tester is now reporting my upload speed......... Cheesy
...........not so happy to report that it seems to think my download speed is 55Kbps!  Angry
Speedtest.net reports 8.51Mbps down, 1.04Mbps up, which is probably a bit optimistic, but at least it always works and seems to be located on planet earth rather than la-la land!
