Can the experts give any guidance as to what is happening

I have a very odd situation.
I reported a line fault which was a number of unexplained disconnections.
The line has now been monitored for some time and I just had a call about the fault advising that the line has now been in synch since the 15th at 17.11 with no drops reported by the BT systems or the PlusNet radius servers.
The part I totally fail to understand is that the router log shows the following.
Quote

Re: Can the experts give any guidance as to what is happening

That is odd. I can only assume your router isn't sending out a UDP stop packet. RADIUS shows the following:
195.166.128.68 active 14:31 19/May/2008 unknown (Interim update) 81.174.168.118 Not set 17:11 15/May/2008 N/A 3 Days, 21:37:7 (on going)

So what do I do next.
This has rather stymied the progress of the fault
