Can't receive mail

I'm unable to download my mail. I can get my Gmail from within my mail client, but my PN mail accounts just keep spinning. Was fine a little earlier (last mail downloaded was at 6.10pm). The error message I'm getting shows that the mail server is timing out. Nothing shows on Service Status. Can anyone help?

My daughter just tried her account - it works fine. Guess I'll need to look at my machine.
