Can't get into my seedbox

I am running AGV on my computer however I can't access my seedbox on my IPAD as well when using plus net connection however if I change that to 3g connection then there are no issues.

Check which gateway you're on with http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/, log in to your router and disconnect and reconnect to the internet until you're on a different gateway.
Record the gateway you're currently on so that networking can investigate any issues if that works.

pcl-ag03 here and can access it no problem.

I am at work now but will try to change gateway in the moring and report back, thanks for your help chaps much appreciated.
Edit: I did actually disconnect/reboot my router today, I don't know if restart changed the gateway as I didn't check.

Manage to connect to different gateway but with mix results
Before disconnecting my router I was on PTN-AG04 and I couldn't login into my seedbox however after disconnect/reconnect I was on PCL-AG04 and I manage to login into my seedbox without issue however it only lasted 10 mins and I got disconnect since that I had 30 min success on PCL-AG04 before that stopped working again. There is definately some thing is not right on plus net side.
It has been working fine for months before this issue.

Are you sure you haven't done something daft like firewall yourself off from that server?  All the checked we've done from the customer side show ping replies, completing traces etc.

Can I Just ask are you trying to access the seed box via SSH or FTP? I ask because I have had a problem for over a week now being unable to get into mine via SSH. but can get in via FTP on port 21.. Im about to try another method later today called Swish. I will let you know if it works ok or not,

Is it possible you're tripping some kind of security system  at the providers end, e,g tryign to make to many FTP connections, accidentally logging in with with the wrong password.
I've seen people get blocked from various servers before by having the wrong password stored in their FTP client and combined with the automatic retry on a lot of clients it can have already tripped the security system before the user notices the password was wrong.

@OshB5, can't get access via FTP or HTTP as well.
@dragon2611, Password is correct as I manage to get into my seedbox for 30 mins also checked with seedhost support and every seem to working fine on their end.
Seedhost customer support thinks there is a routing issue with plus net. It works fine on my mobile or Ipad over 3g connection but it doesn't work if I use plus net connection.

Does sound like a firewall or some sort of security system issue.

Running of out of ideas now, seedhost customer support putting all the blame on plus net and plus net is telling me that there is nothing wrong on there side. Only thing left for me to try a different router now which more likely to be culprit I think.

I notice on the Seedhost site it says you get a VPN account with you seedbox, are you able to connect to that (Assuming it's not hosted on the seedbox itself)
