Every time I try to go to any site?
Or: "this page is unavailable"? Theses pages include Google, BAILLI, Googlemail, my bank accounts, etc, etc. I've tried sending a meter reading to my suppliers, but same thing.
It started yesterday. I've run Avast anti-virus; I've run the CCleaner; I've now (with no little difficulty) reached you. I am trying to book flights, car etc for next month. The prices keep changing, because, as I try to go from screen ton screen, this message comes up.
What is going on?
Regards, MF

Welcome to the forums
Can we do a few checks first
Which lights on the router are green and which are red as it sounds as though you have lost your internet connection or the broadband connection

Hi mf2cd1,
Welcome to the forum. As you can see from the picture below, your connection is dropping quite frequently, it's likely that your seeing this screen when your disconnected.
On further investigation it appears that something happened on the 13th of July that has caused your connection to deteriorate. If you aware of anything that could have happened on that day either internal or external then it could help us pinpoint the root cause.
It's possible that your router is the cause of the problem, it would be really helpful if you could try another. If you continue to experience drops/slow speeds then please test your connection by plugging your router into the test socket with a different filter.
