Can someone verify that my 3rd appointment is booked?

After various mistakes by BT/Plusnet i will be booking my 3rd half day at work in the hope that i will this time have a working fibre install, i signed up 3 weeks before my move as i knew appointments were hard to come by, i have now been at my new address for nearly 2 weeks without internet access...
Can someone confirm that BT are booked for this coming monday afternoon? (I'm fed up of phoning now)
Sorry if this sounds like a rant, just anoyed that i planned ahead for nothing....

I've just checked your order and the and the appointment is still confirmed for Monday morning.

Can you double check, as i was told monday afternoon. (Maybe just a typo by you?)

Hi Ashley,
It is actually booked in for a PM slot 1pm-6pm
Will PM be OK? I'f I'm honest we'll struggle to change it to AM in the short space of time.

PM is fine.
Wouldnt want to change anything and bugger up my chance on my 3rd visit!
