Hi guys,if there's a tech about,
Can someone check my profile at Plusnet please.I should by now be on 4 megs plus but am still connecting at 2272 kbps or 2 meg.
I think I remember this being set at the server end when I turned down being maxed a couple of years ago.
from my high speed broadband page....

I'm taking a look now, from what you've said in the initial post it sounds like you're still on a fixed 2Mb product.
Do you want to be moved to MaxDSL now?

Erm, yes please.
I thought that's what I was doing when I upgraded but I am getting a bit senile in my old age.Yes I was fixed at 2 meg when Max rolled out because of the problems caused when gaming at that time.Now I feel the need,the need for speed.Who cares about stability any more?
