DLM hasn't dropped the profile, I can see that straight away. The connection looks stable to and seems to be at the correct profile.
So I can't see anything obvious, when did you notice this was starting to effect you and have you noticed any particular time during the day being more problematic for you?

it's also taking a few seconds for the test to kick in when it usually starts straight away seems to be a latency issue of some kind as i say my ping has increased from 15ms to over 20ms, it use to be only during peek hours as i was posting in this thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,124744.800.html
but it now seems to be happening during the day now

Latency is never guaranteed though so it'd be difficult for us to put our finger on the 10ms increase. Your downstream speeds look closer to where we'd expect them.

Estimated line speed:
There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.
Current line speed:
60.4 Mb
My BT IP profile is also down to 60Mb BTW extended test attached
as you can see from my TBB graph my ping dropped back down to it's normal 15ms at around 5am this morning there is no connection drop that i can see as my IP address and gateway etc are the same so why the profiles drop my line has been rock solid so i dont see why it's been reduced has DLM kicked in even though tests show there would be no reason for it can they be put back to their previous levels, something clearly not right going on

Here are your line details:
Downstream Speed: 61.8 Mbps
Upstream Speed: 10.0 Mbps
Profile: 37M-74M Downstream, Interleaving Off - 5M-10M Upstream, Interleaving Off
As far as I can see, your line details haven't changed at all. Your line does have a few errors on it but it doesn't appear to be enough for Interleaving to be applied. What speeds do you get via a PPPoE connection?
It does look as though your line has had a resync which has increased your latency a little, most likely due to overnight maintenance - it's nothing to worry about. Your estimate disappeared on our systems, it should be back now. You can view it on the BT Availability website if this happens again. I've attached the errors shown on your line, this is based on data collected on your line within the last 15 minutes.

There needs to be a understanding of how FTTC works, it really differs from ADSL. Your connection rate isn't guaranteed to be at 60Mb or 64Mb. Your line rate can differ depending on many things. An example could be that your line has started to error due to external influences which neither Plusnet, BT Wholesale or BT Openreach have any control over. If this was the case, either your sync rate will drop or Interleaving will be applied.
In this case, it appears that your sync rate has dropped (apologies I missed the 4Mb drop), it's still within the profile set which is as above: 37M-74M Downstream. We can't influence or change your IP Profile, we have very limited tools on FTTC. Unfortunately our suppliers will not see a 4Mb sync speed drop as a fault as it's within their expectations for the line. It's likely that the sync rate will pick up, however it takes time - it's not something we can rush as we're dependant on DLM.
With regards to your estimate, the data is pulled directly from BT's database, so unfortunately I can't say why it's been changed. I'll be writing up a guide over the next week or so on FTTC as it's not very clear on what customers should be expecting from the service and that's something that I'd quite like to address.

If FTTC is so different to ADSL why is not stated as such so we know before signing with a ISP is it because if we knew no one would bother.
just for reference this is how things were just 3 weeks ago when Dan was helping me with peek time latency issues what i have noticed is the profile range has change it was 40M-80M Downstream, Interleaving Off - 7.5M-15M Upstream, Interleaving Off you have it now as 37M-74M Downstream, Interleaving Off - 5M-10M Upstream, Interleaving Off is that due to DLM or because my estimate has changed any chance you can get BTW / BTO to explain themselves as to why the estimate has been reduced by more than half.
Amazing that in almost three months of being on fibre my estimate can be cut by more than half, I can loose 4Mb of sync and maybe more and that is deemed as Ok

I get that what I do say, might not be what people want to hear, but I'm being very honest about how the system works. ADSL is an entirely different technology which has been around for many years now so I sometimes find it difficult to compare the two. The estimates can change all the time, that doesn't mean that your speeds will suddenly go down, it's just an estimate.
Whether the profile is 40M-80M or 37M-74M, it doesn't make any difference to your sync rate as your connection is syncing between either band so it won't have any effect on your service. If there is an external reason for the loss of your sync rate, which is most likely if nothing internally has changed, then unless your speeds drop significantly, there's not a lot that our suppliers will do. Realistically, the speeds you have and did have, there's a marginal difference and isn't going to affect your service.
Expectations are everything, there is an expectation that if you get 64Mb that this speed should stay, which is wrong, this isn't possible, ADSL and FTTC (a time when I can compare) are both 'Rate Adaptive' products, this means that speeds/rates/profiles can change and it usually does this due to line conditions, which do change. I'll write some documentation up as soon as I can to clarify my points, hopefully it will help.
