Can anyone from Plusnet help please?

My ip profile is 9747 but Plusnet is stuck at 6500. Is there any chance of a nudge? I've had this profile for over 3 days and before I lost connection over 3 days ago I had the same profile of 9747 but I seem to be stuck on 6500. I think I should be on at least 8000. See details below,

That's now been done for you Smiley Your profile on BTs side is at 8000 so I've upped it on our side to match.

There is no such IP profile as 9747 - that is your sync speed.
For that sync speed your IP Profile should be 8000. To get a profile of 9000 you would need to be consistently syncing at 10208 or higher.
