Getting really fed up with the lack of customer service from PlusNet with the ongoing issues of my broadband. Dropping speed and disconnects every so often. Reported to many times to mention now and really getting fed up paying nearly £20 just for an unreleiable connection. Please can senior management review the fault cases and call me asap.
Just a thought ............ You may find that, because it is a Bank holiday weekend, PlusNet is running on a "skeleton staff" in the office, so things will inevitably be delayed.... something may be in the pipeline..... call Customer Services and quote your ticket number, tomorrow.... (Tuesday)..
Hi ajcraig, It looks like the connection is more stable than previously, is the issue still with dropping connections or is it more of a slow speed problem?
