I had a fault on my line before xmas which ruined my broadband for about a week. My stable rate hit rock bottom but now is 5500 Kbps. I know this is not bad and some people would love to have this speed. Before the fault on my line my router always connected at around 7500 kbps and my stable rate was 6500 kbps. Now it's back up to connecting at 7500 kbps again but my stable rate is still on 5500 kbps could my account be ajusted again to allow me the 6.5 meg broadband I enjoyed before the fault? These are my router stats.
Connection Speed Downstream 7552 kbps
Line attenuation Downstream 29 db
Noise Margin Downstream 6.9 db
Thanks

Your IP Profile/Data Throughput Rate should increase to 6500kbps automatically in 3-5 days. Unfortunately BT Wholesale reduce the value within 75 minutes when sync speeds drop but increasing it can take much longer.

Thanks for that spraxyt. As I said above 5500 kbps stable rate is not bad at all and I hate to sound greedy, but we all like our broadband connection to run as fast as possible.
