Can I have a speed profile reset please

Hi, after high winds outside played havoc with the phone line and speeds dropped at one stage to 0.15 the line is currently stable but I'm stuck at about 1.1 when router reports max obtainable to be around 10.

Thanks for getting in touch @steve_arnold I've put through a reset now and you should see higher speeds within an hour.

If you have further speed problems, together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
