Bug on help pages

If I go to http://help.plus.net it asks me to login, which I do.
After login it confirms I'm logged in at the top-right of the Portal pages as it normally does.  However, when I click to view "My Questions" it asks me to login again?
Anyone else seeing the same or just me?  Is it a bug?

Just replicated in another browser (IE as well as firefox) with another username.

Is it maybe something to do with logged_in_ever being set twice in the cookie after the first login? Just a thought.

Is this being moved along?  It's a bit of an annoyance - perhaps just to me? 🙂 I like using the shortcuts like http://help.plus.net...

Almost 6 months later this is still happening.
I wouldn't mention it... however... I recently had reason to call the CSC and there was a telephone message inviting users to instead "raise a request via http://help.plus.net"; as it was busy at the time.
If you're specifically pointing people directly to http://help.plus.net it's quite confusing for them to login and then be returned back to the login screen again when clicking a link.

Were you logged in previously?  Do you have autologin enabled?
