Bt speedtest

Hi
First off I'm very happy at the moment, my line has been stable for about 200 hours now, with a 1mb connection and download speeds of 990kbps. Which is brilliant for up here, weather has been very calm no gales etc.
I have a couple of questions though.
About ten days ago interleaving was switched on on my line, it may be a coincidence but since then the BT speedtest doesn't work. It sits there for a while and comes back with a test error message.
Also on the speed part of the Plusnet portal it used to say: estimated line speed 0.5mb and then whatever speed I was getting at the time.
Now it says: Estimated line speed:
Not recorded (service activated before we introduced estimates).
Current line speed:
1 Mb.
Are these things linked?

"Not recorded (service activated before we introduced estimates)"
No one wants to give an answer as to why that has changed as the reason given is not valid.

Re: Bt speedtest

That message is probably computer speak for "error encountered trying to retrieve your value from the database". In the absence of a precise message for that it shows the one you see. Cry
The proper value will no doubt return when the error is fixed.

Re: Bt speedtest

You're probably right, just a passing bug.
