Broadband stuck at 0.25mbps after phone line fault.

Hello there, I was hoping that my broadband could be reset, the phone line was dead for a white, which was fixed on Friday 13th April, fault at exchange, the line is very clean now, but a week and broadband is still stuck at 0.25mbps.  I've reset router a couple of times, but no joy.

 

The bt speedtester says the ip profile is 0.25mbps.

Hi there.

I've just reset your line now. If you can retest your speeds in about 5 minutes you should see an increase. Smiley
