Broadband speed

Are these speeds about average ?
Looking at other posts on this forum they seem well below average. Am I missing something ?

How far are you from the exchange?

Sorry I have not responded before now.
Stats for the router.. how do I get these ?
Distance from exchange (Broughton, Preston, Lancashire) about a Mile
Underground telephone cable to the house (if that's relevant)

Thanks for that, however it's not working for me.
I Tried Administrator & Leaving the password blank but that does not work.
I have also tried Administrator followed by the number under the modem which starts with  MBW....etc
That does not work either.
The modem is a Thompson V7.... is there any way I can get it to display the information I need or do I just press the reset button and start from scratch ?
