Broadband speed very low.

Did speed test , download  speed 5.1 (not good enough)

I can see that you have now discussed this with an advisor and an external fault has been found when the line was tested. This has been raised to our suppliers for further investigation and their estimated response time is by the 31st of July. Our faults team will be in touch once we've received an update from our suppliers.
