@ thecookhouse - I'm afraid that as you've exceed 4GB peak, your speeds are restricted to 128Kbps during peak times of the day.
@ royparrish - I'm afraid that there's been a problem recently with performing usage resets.  I'm very sorry that this has taken so long to fix, but it should be done in the next 24 hours.
