Broadband speed has dropped to half

do i have to do anything at the moment? i tried doing the bt speed tester but it gets an error at the start of the test after i put my phone no. in and it says ok.

I wouldn't worry about speed tests but it'd definitely be worth updating your fault ticket with as much information as possible about what you're seeing with the connection at the moment - that way our faults team will have more to go on when they resume the investigation.
