Broadband speed dropped ...

Transferred over from BT Friday 19/1 - all well immediately. Then away from home till yesterday (Tuesday 22/1) and broadband fine last night. Today the speed is so slow that logging onto the laptop is painful; can’t play any videos/stream tv/access websites properly on laptop/mobile phone. No open errors showing; phone line sounds ok; router is set up properly (and hasn’t been tampered with); green lights all round. Not the greatest start to the relationship. Any ideas? TIA

Do you experience the same issues on both a wired and wireless connection?
