Broadband profile change

I have recently moved address and I requested that my broadband profile is changed to my new address can you please confirm that this has been actioned. 


Could you also ensure that caller display has been added to my phone line.

Hi there.

Sorry that caller display wasn't provisioned on your line when we processed your house move. I've added this on now and it should activate within the hour.

Regarding your broadband/connection profile I've updated this for you now, however now that you're connected to an ADSL2+ exchange this will have no effect on your speeds.
