Since the aborted upgrade of the broadband phone service yesterday my phone service has been broken. It was working fine up till then (Ticket 22503392). I'm told you are working on getting the upgrade sorted but I don't think that this will fix my problem?
Hi there, The maintenance certainly shouldn't have broken the service, as the changes were rolled back entirely. I can see our networks team have responded to your ticket, are you still having problems?
Yes still having probs. I have replied with more info to CS. Outgoing calls still broken. Have restored factory defaults to phone adaptor and reconfigured just in case. Symptoms still the same though. At a loss as to what is wrong as these settings worked pefectly before Paul
The server probably need a reboot as I also not able to make outgoing calls. The normal problem of timeouts. Why not fit a time switch to the server so that it reboots everyday?
