So says the screen in front of me; a typical night`s happening. Only I was on the Plusnet forum at the time! Contract ends on 1 Nov. Not long now. . . . Yes, I`ve tried the connections. Telephone`s OK. ADSL thingy and router are new. It`s not my antivirus. And peak periods aren`t good. I would pay more for a better service, but I really don`t know if it would deliver. . . Still, it`s loads better than 3Mobile . . .

Hi plscott,
Your service should be stable and working correctly despite of which package you have with us.
We can help you resolve this but I can't see that you've logged a fault with us so I'm going to recommend that as the next step. You can do that by visiting http://faults.plus.net or by calling support on 0800 432 0200 at any time.
Do let us know on here if you need any assistance beyond that but I'm confident we can help you get that sorted.
Adam.
