My broadband was due to be activated yesterday but I've still not received confirmation that this has been completed.
My phone line transferred on 18 March with no problems and I'm now left without broadband/ wi-fi.
Can you please confirm what the delay is and when the broadband will be activated?

If you connect the router up you should be able to get online.
