Broadband not activated on date it was supposed to be

Hello,

My broadband was due to be activated yesterday but I've still not received confirmation that this has been completed.

My phone line transferred on 18 March with no problems and I'm now left without broadband/ wi-fi.

Can you please confirm what the delay is and when the broadband will be activated?

Thanks for getting in touch.

From what I can see you've spoken with our support team who have activated your account.

If you connect the router up you should be able to get online.
