Broadband keeps failing
I keep having my router default to the log into router page, when I log in I get this message:
Ensure your service is active. We'll email and text you when everything's ready.
Verify if your Technicolor Gateway is correctly connected to your DSL line. For more information consult your documentation.
Please close this window and try again.
This can last for up to an hour at a time, done all the usual things we're asked to do before calling regarding changing filters and turning the router off for ten minutes then on again. Nothing works. What is going on?
