Broadband keeps dropping out/going slow

Hope you can help as I've tried all the suggested fixes from your video online. My broadband keeps going slow and dropping out. It's only occurred over the last 36-48 hours with no issues before. Location is Belfast BT4 2AT

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

I can see there were a few drops last night but before that your connection was mostly stable as shown below

Our tests aren't showing any issues so it may just be a case of monitoring it to see if it happens again
