Broadband issues

I have broadband issues for last 10 days.
At least once a day contacting customer service but it's all the same story" I will have a look for you and get back to you soon" and problem stiil not solved seriously disappointed.
Time to move on from Plusnet

@czlowiek If you want help from the community, it would be an idea to give us a clue as to your problems. If you just want to moan, fine, but no-one will be able to make any suggestions.

The problem is I have no internet for a week now did all the checks possible but still nothing.
But no worries I have managed to book an engineer for next Tuesday

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your services. I've reviewed the account and I can see that the appointment is going ahead as planned and once we hear back from the engineer our Faults Team will get in touch to discuss the issue further.
