Broadband issue nearly a month connection keep dropping and too slow

Since nearly a month ago suddenly my internet connection became useless.

Keep dropping and deadly slow up load and down load speed.

I live in Greenwich area in London.

Are there anything going on this area?

Hi there,

Your line is chronically banded as your broadband seems to be disconnecting regularly. Having investigated this, it seems that there's an external fault causing this. I've raised this with our suppliers and opened up a ticket on your account for you.

Our faults team are now monitoring the case (as well as myself from afar), though we hope for it to be fixed this week. Once the dropouts stop, we'll look to reset/uncap the line which should resolve the issue.
