Broadband is Down since wendsday... with no updates from PlusNet!

Hi Everyone,
Is it only me who is having trouble with the Boradband and the PlusNet Support ?
After keeping me online for 2 hour waiting for my time to be served, (i.e. connecting with limited DATA connection), I was told to make a Fault notice, which I had done already 2 times before the chat, and to be said that they are closed, again not closed by me. And finally opening a 3rd one, which is still open with no updates. The Support is useless, they dont support they are there just to tell you 'Go open Fault Ticket' that's all they do ...
Now my connection is still down, and the Boradband keeps blinking Green, tested the TEST socket, and still no connectivity. Have also rebooted the modem, done all what I can think of but now no internet for 2 days ...
Thinking of moving away from PlusNet ...  Surely they will not get back to me they need 3 to 7 days, buy which time I can have a new Broadband service provider setup and ready to go ... Any good service providers out there ? any advice ?
Have given up on PlusNet ...
