Broadband has slowed again

Due to where I live the broadband speed has never been brilliant, but for the last week or so it's been getting slower, its now 1146/137 and is sometimes a lot slower, I've been getting 1600/370, can anyone shed a bit of light on this please.

Hi mouse,
I've just ran a line check and you sync is back up to 1856k. The ip profile is currently 1250 so this will be why you're getting 1146 but if the sync stays where it is this will lift to 1500k.

Thanks Jojo, I've just ran another test and only got 1149/109, so no change really.

You might need to give it a couple of days. It can take that long for BT's systems to respond to the increase in sync rate with an increase in the profile.
