Broadband dropping out Intermittently

Could someone at plusnet please check my line and find where the fault is?
The broadband, wired and wireless connections, keep dropping out and when it is working, we are getting incredibly low download speeds that are 2/3rds lower than normal. As well as pings as high as 100. This problem has been going on for about 2 weeks and I would like it sorted as soon as possible.

Hi there, I've just checked your connection and have been running diagnostic checks but we're not seeing any obvious problems or faults being flagged up.
Please give the troubleshooting outlined here a try next and do keep us posted:

Thanks for responding. I'm surprised at that to say the least. I have already done all of the checks and they were all normal until the last time it dropped out, when I listened to the dial tone on the phone and it was crackling, a lot!

OK, thanks for letting me know. Noise on the line can often be the cause of connection problems too. The best thing to do next would be to report a fault with us, that can be done online at http://faults.plus.net let us know once you've been able to do that. - Adam
