Broadband down

Hi,
I've lost connection to my broadband service. Happened yesterday and although I've just raised a ticket wondered if anyone else is having any similar problems? It started with very slow speeds on Sunday and finally gave up the ghost Monday night. So no connection and no it is NOT a router issue 🙂

There are a large number of 3, 4 or 5 second connections showing on your line.

I'd suggest giving our support team a call on 0800 432 0200, or visiting https://faults.plus.net ; to get this into our faults team to investigate.
