I've been a PlusNet customer for 10+ years Last week I experienced the first serious connection problem and so had to raise a support ticket for the fault (DSL OK, internet fails) I've been through the automated checks which couldn't detect the problem. I've called PLusNet support and was given some test logins to try - all failed. I have yet to be contacted by PlusNet support - I have to initiate all the calls Since Fri, I've been told that my problem has been escalated to the highest level, but still no one calls !!! I'm beginning to suspect that because I keep calling, my call gets pushed to the bottom of the queue since the last contact date gets updated. What's everyone else's experience? If this is award winning support you have to wonder what bad support is like !!!
