Mine came back around 11:51 (went down at 11:09) and has been fine since.

Hello, I am Banstead. I noticed around 11am that my connection went off.

 

I immediately blamed my hardware (I have a custom router with LEDE firmware) and started troubleshooting. I noticed the line was fine (DSL was connected steady) but the IP layer kept going off and on and had a 172.16.82/32 address rather than my usual 212 static address. I decided to call PlusNet.

Anyway, after being on hold with PN for 40 minutes, I found out about the openreah outage and the ETA of 17.00. However, mine came back 40 minutes ago (around 12:50) and has been fine since.

One for the PlusNet mods... I understand that outages beyond PlusNet's control will happen from time to time, BUT why, if I use my mobile to connect to the PN service status page does it say everything is fine when it clearly isn't?

Ours is also back now, so a network issue it seems. I agree it would be better for plusnet to post information about outages on their service status pages rather stating that everything is normal.
