Broadband down (Solved)

Hi
My wife has phoned me at work say that the router (DG834) is showing a read question mark & she cannot connect to the net. Sad
She logged into the router & checked the line stats - router is synching @ 7320 meg.
Our exchange is WWILMI.
Is there a BT exchange issue?

Hi RichardB,
there are no known issues right now. The best suggestion I have is to call support on 0845 140 0200 and get some first hand advice.

I will assess the situation when I get home from work.
I cannot complete the online fault checker - trying the bt_test login domain etc
or "be at my home computer" ready to log a telephone fault whilst I am at work.

Hi
Arrived home after work and turned the router on (as my wife must have turned it off earlier) and all now works Smiley
Nothing has been changed @ home.
I will put it down to a hiccup with the router or in the BT systems somewhere!
