Hi,
I recently changed over to the Unlimited Package and have been experiencing intermittent broadband disconnects. WiFi and Ethernet connected devices all lose broadband connection, but the router lights all stay green. Router requires a switch on and off to re-establish a connection. On my previous package I had the PRO ADD ON, but removed it as the UNLIMITED Package was advertised as having no speed restrictions.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I've never used a MAC, but from Googling it looks like this should help:

Thanks
Disconnect seems to have stopped I got an email from plusnet saying that I was experiencing higher than expected transmission errors. They recommended a few general steps. Is there anyway I can tell if I am still experiencing the errors?
