You are not alone. My broadband just cuts out for no obvious reason every few days. Usually I have to just reboot the router and it kicks in again. Today was no different it just stopped working again for about 20 mins. again. Is this normal ?
My other issue is the speed itself, I have never yet been able to watch a YouTube or other video yet without buffering occurring often to the extent that its actually unwatchable.
Plusnet have tried to correct/sort both things out and with a little success in the past, but the issues just reoccur periodically, and I really get fed up with waiting for 20+ mins for the phone to be answered so I am writing this whilst everything seems to be working smoothly again.
