Broadband constantly dropping

Switched from BT on Friday and the speed constantly drops out making it impossible to use. Is this normal at the start to have such poor speed?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing speed problems.

 

Are you seeing the speed drops over WiFi or a wired connection to your router?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
