Broadband constantly dropping out / orange flashing light

My broadband is constantly dropping out. I have reset the router a number of times but this is not clearing the issue. This has been happening at least a few times a day for a week with the frequency of drop out getting worse. It’s now dropped out a number of times in the last hour. Please help as I need this to be fixed so I can work. Thanks

Have you followed the broadband troubleshooting guide?

Once you have followed that is could well be you have a fault on your line, and thus need reporting.

Thanks @wakeman. Yes I have. There is no obvious issue. Do you know how I report a fault?

You could try faults.plus.net  that the link the staff usually give although it seemed to be playing up yesterday. if necessary try different browsers if necessary.

Otherwise its a call sadly to PlusNet

Also do a "quiet line" test, by dialling "17070"; if you have noise on phone,

it'll degrade your BB connection.
